David Mair

BE (Civil), MBA

David was appointed CEO in August 2011.

David’s background in new product development and new market development provides an excellent fit with the growth plans for Skellerup. David also has international operational experience proving invaluable to the Company’s global manufacturing and distribution base.

David has previously been an Executive Director of Interlock Group; Vice President of Asia Pacific Operations and an Operations Council Member of ASSA ABLOY (Sweden). He is currently a Director of Forté Funds Management Limited.

Graham Leaming

BCom, CA

Graham joined Skellerup as Chief Financial Officer in December 2012.

Prior to joining Skellerup, Graham accrued more than 12 years of senior commercial experience in multinational organisations including 7 years as CFO and then COO of NZX listed Rakon and 5 years as Finance Director Asia Pacific for NYSE listed Rayonier Inc. Prior to moving into these senior roles, Graham spent 5 years in financial roles for Rayonier in NZ, Australia and the US and 4 years with Ernst & Young.

Graham has accumulated extensive experience in managing businesses growth and change including leading due diligence and commercial arrangements on many international transactions and the subsequent integration of operations.

Hayley Gourley

Agri Divisional Manager

Hayley joined Skellerup in 2019 as Agri Divisional Manager.

Hayley previously led Rabobank’s New Zealand agribusiness banking division through significant organisational change to deliver market share growth, increased client satisfaction, staff engagement and record financial results. Prior to this, Hayley was an established agricultural economist specialising in global dairy and animal protein markets providing strategic insight to some of the world’s largest food and agribusiness companies. Hayley’s background has included corporate analysis, stakeholder and relationship management, rural banking and practical dairy industry experience.

Hayley is also a Director of Landcorp Farming Limited.

Paul Goddard

Foam Group General Manager

Paul joined Skellerup in May 2014 as Foam Group General Manager.

Prior to joining Skellerup, Paul has gained extensive global senior management experience across Sales, Operational and General Management functions. He has a strong focus on strategic business growth through geographic expansion, new product development, M&A and developing new industry sectors.

In 1991, he founded Aquapro International, which was sold in 2002 to Survitec, with Paul continuing as a director until 2005. In 2007, following two years as a consultant in China, Paul was appointed COO of High Modulus, and promoted to CEO in 2008. High Modulus was subsequently acquired by Gurit in 2009. At Gurit, over a period of 4 years, Paul held a number of roles, including: Director of Marine - Asia Pacific and North America, General Manager - Marine, and Regional Director - Asia Pacific and India. 

Guy Meuli

BE (Hons)
Vacuum Systems Group General Manager

Guy joined Skellerup Holdings in January 2013 and heads up the Vacuum Systems Group from Lincoln, Nebraska where he has been based since November 2015. He has proactively identified actual and potential operational risks within the Group and worked to mitigate these with strategic business plans that reflect the market development and financial objectives for each of the Group’s businesses. Guy has worked closely with customers to develop products better suited to their needs.

Guy worked in London for BW Broadcast as a design and test engineer before joining Skellerup.

Michael Robins

President Gulf US Inc

Michael joined the Skellerup Group in 2005 to spearhead sales growth for Gulf’s engineered rubber products in North America. To consolidate and further accelerate growth, Michael was appointed President of Gulf US Inc in 2012 and moved to Charlotte, North Carolina. Michael’s wealth of experience in technical solution based sales and management of market leading US OEMs has been a key element in Skellerup’s growth in North America.

Prior to joining Skellerup, Michael worked for the primary food processing automation company, Milmech. During his time there, he held a number of positions in project management, engineering and sales.
